A cloud-based software solution designed to manage fleet operations. FleetMan provides features like driver, vehicle, tyre, and spare parts database management, fuel and tire mileage tracking, trip management with mobile app integration, and vehicle maintenance job card creation. It offers benefits like mobile access, detailed reports, and integration with other systems. FleetMan is built on top of Ambibuzz's open-source ERP solution and leverages AmPower® suite which uses AI and mobile apps to enhance functionalities.

What we offer

Tailored mobile apps are designed for drivers, maintenance staff, and fuel depots to simplify and streamline data entry for stock checks and job verification. The Driver App functions as a GPS tool for check-in and check-out during trip start and end.

Vehicle, Driver, Tyre & Spare Database

  • Detailed Databases for Driver,Vehicle, Spares and even Tyre.

  • Additional fields for storing organization specific data can also be added.

  • Full access control for editing or visibility. Only authorized personnel can create, or read.

  • Can be imported or exported in bulk.

Fuel and Tyre Mileage

  • Create warehouse Fuel Warehouse - Tanker, Drums

  • Complete Purchase Process of Fuel from Vendors (incluyding Accounts Payable through Accounts Module)

  • Report for Real-time view of Fuel available at each Location at any time

  • Issues Fuel to Vehicles and capture odometer - through Web or Mobile App

  • Calculate Mileage based on Fuel consumed and odmeter distance captured on each refuel​

Trip Management

Features

  • Create and assign Trips to Drivers along with Vehicles

  • Using Mobile App, Driver can start the trip - Timestamp and Geo-Location is captured

  • Using Mobile App, Driver can end the trip - Timestamp and Geo-Location is captured

  • Map view of Geo-location based on start and end recorded

  • Drivers can record their expenses along the trip along with Photo record​​

  • Create Vehicle Maintenance Cards with complete details of all job to be done
