1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and Ambibuzz Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access and use of our mobile apps, cloud-based software, and associated websites and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
 
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
 
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
 
4. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and data, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any content from the Services in any way that violates these laws.
All Open Source software or solutions used in our software or service are governed by the respective Licensing Laws.
 
5. Acceptable Use
You may only use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, such as:

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

• Transmitting or uploading viruses or other harmful code

• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threats

• Disrupting the operation of the Services

• Accessing the Services without authorization

  6. Termination
  We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also remove any content from the Services at any time for any reason.
   
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties
  The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and data accuracy.
   
  8. Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
  
  9. Indemnification
  You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
   
  10. Governing Law
  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
   
  11. Dispute Resolution
  Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Indian Law (Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Jurisdiction). The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.
   
  12. Severability
  If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   
  13. Entire Agreement
  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services.
   
  14. Waiver
  Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
   
  15. Notices
  All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or sent by overnight courier, addressed as follows:
